About the Author
Richard M. Levitan, MD invented the Airway Cam Direct Laryngoscopy Video System in 1994. He is a practicing emergency medicine physician, having worked in inner city emergency departments for 15 years. He is a widely published author in emergency airway management and a reviewer and editor for the major journals in emergency medicine. He has lectured nationally and internationally on the subject and for several years has run cadaver-based Practical Emergency Airway Management courses.
